Returns & Refund Policy

At BluSaffhire Co., we want you to love your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Custom bead boxes or curated kits made specifically for a customer

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
